Everything we do is built upon the Word of God.Our vision, mission, and practices flow from Scripture and the call of Jesus to seek His Kingdom together.
Milpitas AltarGate stands on three foundational pillars that guide how we pray, gather, and partner with God for our city.
We believe the authority of prayer is released through agreement. When believers come together in humility and unity, heaven responds.
“If two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done by My Father in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19)
We intentionally bless one another in prayer and pursue reconciliation where there has been division. We believe healing relationships prepares the way for God’s Kingdom to advance.
“We are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us.” (2 Corinthians 5:20)
Through consistent, agreeing prayer, we seek to open a spiritual gateway—an AltarGate—where the life and power of heaven can flow into our city.
“Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
To see Milpitas become a living testimony of God’s manifest presence, a city transformed through united, consistent prayer, breaking the spirit of division and releasing reconciliation, unity, and spiritual renewal that impacts Silicon Valley and beyond.
We believe God responds to humble, agreeing prayer offered in Jesus’ name and desires to open heaven over cities through His people using the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven entrusted to them.
"I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19)
“Again, I say to you that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19)
Milpitas is our starting point, a proof of God’s power to transform any city.
To establish and multiply Mighty Altars of Prayer - simple, obedient gatherings of two or more believers who meet consistently to invite the Kingdom of God into homes, neighborhoods, churches, workplaces, and public spaces through established and faithful prayer altars.
Through prayer rooted in repentance, reconciliation, and unity, and by establishing prayer altar-gates, we seek to:
· Draw down and welcome the manifest presence of God
· Change spiritual atmospheres over our city
· Prepare the way for evangelism, social compassion, and spiritual wellness in our city
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18–19)
Prayer is not the end; it is the first and essential step toward evangelism.
We confront the spirit of division through repentance, reconciliation, unity of heart, and speaking blessing and peace—beginning in families, neighborhoods, workplaces, and extending throughout the entire city
“Every kingdom divided against itself will not stand.” (Matthew 12:25)
By establishing prayer altars and using the keys of the Kingdom, we believe God will shift the spiritual atmosphere over Milpitas—weakening strongholds, releasing the Holy Spirit, and preparing hearts to receive the Gospel.
“Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
As believers gather faithfully in homes, families, workplaces, neighborhoods, and churches, we believe God forms Kingdom Ekklesias—two or more gathered in Jesus' name, living out His authority, advancing His Kingdom, and making disciples.
"I will build My church..." (Matthew 16:18–19)
As prayer altars and Kingdom Ekklesias multiply, we seek to see God's manifest presence revealed across Milpitas through salvations, healing, reconciliation, miracles, favor toward the Gospel, and transformed lives. We seek to see Milpitas become first-fruits in Silicon Valley, believing God will reveal Himself through miracles, favor toward the Gospel, and tangible transformation across the city.
As prayer altars and Kingdom Ekklesias multiply, we seek to see God's manifest presence revealed throughout Milpitas through salvations, healing, reconciliation, miracles, favor toward the Gospel, and transformed lives
Our faith goal is to raise up 1,000 Mighty Altars of Prayer by the end of 2026—either located in Milpitas or praying consistently toward the city—trusting that what God does here will multiply across Silicon Valley and the nations.
